Rhythm Reaction CIC is a non-profit organisation established in 2015. We provide wellbeing and team building drumming workshops and events. Working with organisations to meet specific objectives for their employees. Our priority is always for participants to enjoy themselves and have fun whilst learning new skills.

Last year, there were 12.8 million sick days taken due to stress, anxiety, or depression, which accounted for 54% of all workdays lost. Rhythm Reaction CIC want to help you to reduce these figures by promoting mental wellbeing within your workforce.

All profit received is reinvested into providing community mental health through our drumming workshops for individuals and groups who need it.
